Returns and Withdrawal

Since our products are perfume decants, special rules apply to returns.

Individual Fragrances (2ml and 5ml)

Individual decants cannot be returned.

Discovery Sets

Discovery Sets can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the original seal on the packaging is intact. If the seal has been opened or damaged, a return is not possible.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. The value of the set will be refunded. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not covered.
