The fragrance decants offered on this website are independent small-volume fillings from originally purchased perfume bottles. ALVASUL purchases the corresponding original products through regular retail channels and fills them by hand, in small quantities, into neutral 2ml and 5ml vials.

These are not original packaging or original products of the respective brand manufacturers. The decanting is carried out independently by ALVASUL, without any commission, license, or supervision from the respective brand.

Use of Brand Names

All brands, fragrance names, bottle designs, and logos mentioned on this website are the property of their respective rights holders. Their mention serves solely to clearly identify the original perfume from which the decant is drawn. This does not constitute use for advertising purposes or imply any special relationship with the brand.

No Business Relationship

ALVASUL has no business, contractual, or other relationship with the brand manufacturers named. This offering is neither authorized, endorsed, nor sponsored by them, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Packaging and Labeling

All decants are offered in neutrally designed vials with ALVASUL's own labeling. Packaging, design, and presentation differ clearly from the original products, so there is no risk of confusion.

Legal Basis

Sales are based on originally purchased bottles that are freely available through retail. Under the trademark law principle of exhaustion, legitimately purchased branded products may be resold and, as in this case, decanted into smaller quantities and sold.
