1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the ALVASUL online shop, a sole proprietorship owned by Jeremy Zwinger, Breitenweg 2, 8542 Wiesendangen, Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by ALVASUL, or at the latest upon shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF). As a sole proprietorship below the CHF 100,000 revenue threshold, ALVASUL is exempt from VAT liability; accordingly, no VAT is shown on invoices.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout (Shopify Payments, Twint, PayPal). The purchase amount is charged upon completion of the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Shipping costs are CHF 3.70 and are waived for orders of CHF 60 or more.

For orders placed on weekdays before 3pm, shipping generally takes place the same day, with delivery on the next business day. This is a guideline and not a guaranteed delivery time.

Should a fragrance be temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed. In such cases, ALVASUL reserves the right to withdraw from the contract; any payments already made will be refunded in full.

5. Returns and Withdrawal

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of ALVASUL until paid in full.

7. Liability

ALVASUL is liable within the framework of applicable statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, insofar as no mandatory statutory provisions state otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

ALVASUL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
